Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey Report

After investigation, in 2013, the overall customer satisfaction score was 94.77, and customer satisfaction was good. 

98.15% of customers indicated that they would continue to order molybdenum disulfide products produced by  Songxian Exploiter Molybdenum Co., Ltd., and 87.43% of customers would recommend products produced by  Songxian Exploiter Molybdenum Co., Ltd. to other related companies.

In 2013, the market share reached 35.3%. 

In 2012, the above figures were 92.73%, 95.37%, 83.21% and 29.50%, respectively, and in 2011, the above figures were 90.69%, 92.59%, 81.48% and 26%, respectively. It shows that the market share of molybdenum disulfide products produced by Songxian Exploiter Molybdenum Co., Ltd. has gradually increased, and the overall customer satisfaction has steadily increased.
